Civilian Marksmanship Program

CMP Big Bore Clinics start May 2011 and go though September.

It’s a great opportunity to shoot an M1 Garand, AR-15 or a rifle from your own collection.

We shoot a 58 round course of fire at 100 yards from three shooting positions.
 

Setup and registration start at 8:00am shooting starts at 9:00am.
Both members and non-members are welcome.

Fees, $5.00 clinic fee, $5.00 Non-member fee
Ammunition is $15.00 per 58rnds if needed. We have 30-06 and .223 on hand.

Standard Match Format

Offhand slow fire - (2) sighter's (any position) - (10) rounds for score

Sitting Rapid Fire - (2) sighter's (any position) - (10) rounds for score

Prone Rapid Fire - (2) sighter's (any position) - (10) rounds for score

Prone Slow Fire - (2) sighter's (any position) - (20) rounds for score

Max score is 500

In both rapid fire segment you will start from the standing position.
